Terms of service

These terms cover your use of brevardcreek.com and the platform behind it. By using the service you agree to them.

The agreement

This is an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Brevard Creek Labs. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you have authority to do so.

Accounts

Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public self-signup. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.

What you may not do

• Break the law with it, or use it to harm, harass or defraud anyone.
• Upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
• Attempt to access another customer's data, or probe our systems without written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome — write to us first.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our agreement.
• Use it in a way that degrades it for other people.

Your content

What you put into the platform stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, transmit it, back it up, and display it to the people you have shared it with. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it.

Our service

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or remove features; where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.

Fees

Pricing and payment terms are agreed in writing before an account is created. There is no self-service signup and nothing is charged automatically.

Ending it

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end this agreement if you materially break these terms and do not fix it after we have asked. When an account ends, its content is deleted — export anything you want to keep first.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Brevard Creek Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will say so on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after that means the new terms apply.
