Appendix B
Terms
The terms that cover brevardcreek.com and the platform behind it. Written to be read once and understood.
Revised 1 September 2026
-
Agreement
By using this website or the platform behind it you accept these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming that you may accept them for that organisation.
-
Accounts
Accounts are created by an administrator, not by signing up. Keep your password to yourself, tell us if you think somebody else has it, and do not share an account between people. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
-
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk mail, to host malware, to harass anybody, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to attack the service or anyone on it. Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, and do not put load on the system designed to degrade it for other people.
-
Your content
What you create stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service — to store your content, transmit it, back it up, and show it to the people you have shared it with. We do not use it to train models and we do not sell it.
-
Our software
The software, its design and its documentation are ours. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you, and does not permit copying or reselling it.
-
Availability
We work to keep the service up and we take backups daily, but we do not offer a guaranteed level of availability unless we have agreed one with you in writing. Maintenance happens; where we can foresee it, we will say so beforehand.
-
Ending it
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why unless the law prevents us. When an account is deleted, its content goes with it.
-
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what our backups hold. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
-
Changes to these terms
If we change them materially we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means the new terms apply.
